Here are six more images from the Tattoo convention. I highly recommend to go to one if you like taking photos of people. They all seem to be comfortable being photographed and its impossible to take a bad shot.
Ger - I love the photo of the lady dancing. I find it amazing that she can move her body so much and her face looks so still. This is a great series of photos - thanks for sharing!
Nice shots, Gerry. My favorites are the girl with the hula hoop and the girl spinning. I agree with Michelle, it's amazing how her body is spinning yet her head is stationary.
I love these. I had no idea a tattoo convention could present such incredible images. The details of the actual artwork is so precisely focused, and as Mike said, the tonality is just right. Also the movement on the dancers is nice.
My faves are the blonde hoop girl, and the spinning dancer.
Thanks for all the great comments. Bill next year you will have to join Cheryl and I at the convention. As for the spinning dancer, I slowed my shutter speed and used a continues focus on her face.

ReplyDeleteAwesome. Great stuff, Gerry, and don't kid yourself, maybe impossible for YOU to take a bad shot here, but you're a pro :-)
