1-11-12 Photo of the Day

I spotted this two young ladies yesterday on Regents street.. the first thing that came to mind was ouch, that must hurt sitting like that on the bike. They knew I was taking there photo and I timed it right... well it was luck that the bus was behind them like that but it was a fraction of a percent that the timing was right =) remember "Luck is when opportunity meets preparedness"I had my camera set on continuos focus and I had a high enough ISO and shutter speed to freeze the action.   By the way thanks Jeff for the saying.

    I carry my camera everywhere I go =) and I don't have a strap on my camera to insure that its in my hands and ready to fire at any given moment, now with that said I do miss a lot of shots but I get a lot as well =)

    Great shot Gerry! I love how Meryl on the side of the bus appears to be watching the girls. Buses and billboards. Remember my cattle truck?

    From May on the weather is okay. A not rain guaranty is as difficult in the Netherlands as in Londen but we always can hope.

    Funny we both posted images on the same day of bicyclers riding by. I like the combination in yours of the Iron Lady and two steely-eyed young ladies looking at you. Good timing, once again.

    Great shot, Gerry. Perfect timing with the bus. I agree with George that they are all three ladies looking at you, with suspicion. Especially Ms. Thatcher :-)
