Wow, nice shot Gerry. Great textures in the hat, nice tones, a slightly dreamy quality. I don't know if he's scared, but he definitely looks like a kid in grown-up (well, under the circumstances) clothing.

I remember as a child, trying to make one of these guards smile for my camera. He didnt.Nice shot. Looks good in B&W, as opposed to the usual bright red.
