11-2-11 Photo of the Day

I shot this a few weeks ago during some beautiful early morning light.  I spot metered the shot because I really wanted to get the exposer of the runner correctly and I also wanted the surroundings to fall off quickly.

    You're good at your spot meter moving shots. Something I need to practise on.

    Nice image. I like the way he is highlighted in that lovely morning light.

    I still don't understand what drives these people to get up that early and start running!

    Great image, excellent contrast and lighting, very dramatic the building texture in the background. I was never a morning runner...
